By inputting your name, you certify that the poem is your original work and neither whole or part of this entry has been used in any publication. You further release this entry for publication by the Winter Park Public Library if it becomes award-winning.

Here's How It Works

  1. Poem may be in any form (lyric, limerick, rap, etc.).
  2. Up to two poems may be submitted per applicant.
  3. No offensive language: poems should not contain vulgarity, excessive violence, or material considered offensive to any religious or ethnic groups, gender, or persons with physical or mental disabilities. Such material will be disqualified.
  4. Deadline for entries is Friday, April 19, 2024. Submit entries electronically on the Well Versed submission page.
  5. Winning poems will be announced on Friday, April 26 and will also be featured on the Library's website.
