Getting Help

Any of our staff members will be happy to help you if you need extra assistance while you're here. Just ask!

For some children and adults with disabilities, knowing what to expect before your visit can be helpful. Review our Social Stories (available in English and Spanish) for a virtual tour with images and descriptions.

Homebound Service

Are you homebound and unable to get to the Library?

City of Winter Park residents of any age confined to their home, either permanently or temporarily, may receive Homebound Delivery Services. Your Library card gives you complete access to books (new releases and old favorites), large print books, books on CD and DVDs. All materials are delivered to your door and picked up again when they are due. Volunteers can help you make selections.

If you or someone you know could use this service, please click here.

Attending Classes or Events

So we can be best prepared to assist with your needs, we ask individuals with disabilities who require accommodation for Library programs to contact the Library at 407-623-3300 or email events@wppl.org at least five days in advance.

Our Collection

Many of your favorite authors and topics are included in our Large Print, eBook and Audiobook collections.

Enjoy audiobooks and readable books on your computer, digital music player, or audio-enabled device through the Library’s digital collections.
