Reserve a Room

Winter Park Library has multiple kinds of rooms available for our members to request and reserve. Reservations require a full service Winter Park resident card or a purchased Non-resident card.* Explore the options below to find a room to fit your needs.

*Non-resident cards are available for $60 for six months and $120 for twelve months. For more information about library cards, please visit here.

Meeting Rooms

The Library has several rooms available for individuals or groups to book. During June and July, rooms are primarily reserved for our Summer Reading classes and events. Nonprofits serving Winter Park are permitted to use Collaboration Rooms in the Library for free up to 4 times per calendar year (once a month; maximum of 4 hours per reservation; subject to availability; some restrictions apply). Additionally, all available rooms will be discounted 25% to Winter Park nonprofits. Verification of nonprofit status is required. Adult Study Rooms

Small spaces for one or two people located on the first floor. Not soundproof. Contains a whiteboard, dry erase markers, and eraser.

Youth Study Rooms

Small spaces for one or two people located on the second floor. Not soundproof. Contains a whiteboard, dry erase markers, and eraser. Adults may only reserve these rooms from 9am-2pm M-F. Weekday late afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays are reserved for children and teens (who may be accompanied by an adult).

Dream Room Lab & Recording Studio

The Dream Room Lab and Recording Studio provide cutting-edge equipment for projects from birthday cards to podcasts.
