Computer Lab

Our computer lab features fifteen, all-in-one computers by Hewlitt Packard with displays measuring 32.” All computers contain the full suite of programs offered through Adobe Creative Cloud.

Computer Use Guidelines:

  • Computer use is free for full-service cardholders who are residents of or own residential property in the City of Winter Park.
  • Curriculum and Winter Park Chamber of Commerce cardholders may also use the computers for free.
  • Each computer session is two hours with the option of extending the session for another hour.
  • Other users (including reciprocal borrowers and visitors) may purchase a Computer Guest Pass for $2 for a two-hour session. Users can purchase more time at the rate of $1 per hour. Guest passes are available at the Information Desk.
  • All users will abide by the Library's Code of Conduct.
  • Prints: $.25 per page bw; $.50 per page color
  • The Computer Lab is closed during classes. See Classes below for more information.
  • Library staff are happy to assist you with logging on to computers, accessing and learning about Library-provided resources. For additional computer or software training, ask a staff member about our technology classes.

Classes

Every Monday and Wednesday the Computer Lab closes from 3:30 PM until 6:00 PM for a technology class. This class is given using one or both of our 85” large format displays mounted to the walls of either side of the room.
