Rent a Room

The Library has several rooms available for individuals or groups to book during regular Library business hours. Light snacks and refreshments are allowed (no catering or hot meals).

Nonprofits serving Winter Park are permitted to use Collaboration Rooms in the Library for free up to 4 times per calendar year (once a month; maximum of 4 hours per reservation; subject to availability; some restrictions apply). Additionally, all available rooms will be discounted 25% to Winter Park nonprofits. Verification of nonprofit status is required.

Edyth Bush Theatre

The Edyth Bush Theatre (EBT) is our largest room. The maximum capacity is 90, depending on the room setup. The projector is an additional $50 per use. Located on the first floor.

Pricing: $250/hr; $1,750/day         Non-profit Pricing: $187.50/hr; $1,312.50/day
$50 deposit required for all rates.

Additional Fees:
Overstay fee - $50
Late Cancellation - $50
Damage fee - $50 (or the actual cost of cleaning or damage, whichever is higher, will be charged).

Murrah Community Room

The Murrah Community Room maximum capacity is 30, depending on the room setup. The projector is an additional $50 per use. Located on the second floor.

Pricing: $150/hr; $1,050/day     Non-profit Pricing: $112.50/hr; $787.50/day
$50 deposit required for all rates.

The Collaboration Rooms have a maximum capacity of 8. A smart screen allows for projection from your device. Includes whiteboard. All rooms are located on the second floor.
