Program Description


In the present times of fast-paced living, there is a great need for the knowledge and practical skills for people of all age and background to meet different stress situations with more personal resilience and coping mechanisms.

This workshop will include gentle Yoga movement, breathing and meditation, science based HeartMath® self-regulation techniques and a dose of modern science that explains why these techniques are so efficient and powerful.
