Want to improve flexibility and ease joint pain? There are many exercises you can do to reduce the inflammation that arthritis can cause. Learn exercises and stretches to help you feel stronger every day. Please dress in comfortable clothes and bring your own exercise mat and water bottle. Partnership with the Crosby Wellness Center at the Center for Health & Wellbeing.
