Want to improve your flexibility? Routine stretching is a key component to improving your overall health and wellbeing. Some of its many benefits include decreased risk of injury and improved flexibility. It’s also a proven mood and mental health boost! In this interactive, activity-filled workshop, led by Miranda Harris of the Crosby Wellness Center at the Center for Health & Wellbeing, you’ll learn how to stretch the body’s major muscle groups in a safe and effective way. Please come dressed in comfortable fitness attire and bring your own exercise mat and water bottle. Partnership with the Crosby Wellness Center at the Center for Health & Wellbeing.
