Study and Collaboration Rooms are available for reservation with a Winter Park Resident card or a Non-resident card with the following guidelines:
1st Floor Study Rooms
- Study rooms are available for use up to 2 hours per day.
- A total of 8 reservations may be made per month.
- Each room contains seating for up to 2 users, a study counter with power connections and a white board.
2nd floor Study Rooms
- These study rooms are reserved for use by youth members or adults who are accompanying and actively supervising a child on Saturdays and after 2p.m. on weekdays.
- Study rooms are available for use up to 2 hours per day.
- A total of 8 reservations may be made per month.
- Each room contains seating for up to 2 users, a study counter with power connections and a white board.
2nd floor Collaboration Rooms
- Collaboration rooms are available for use up to 2 hours per day.
- A total of 8 reservations may be made per month.
- Each room contains seating for up to 8 users, a table with multiple power connections, two white boards and a smart screen for device projection.
