Neighborhood Centers for Families (NCF) are one-stop centers funded by the Orange County Citizens’ Commission for Children. They offer counseling programs, tutoring, employment skills, case management, senior activities, and more.

Provides mental health services for individuals and families, children and adults.

Job Connection Centers employment assistance services are available virtually and over the phone.

Administers various rental assistance/ affordable housing programs in the public and private sector. Mon thru Fri 8am - 5pm.

Provides 3 meals a day, 365 days a year

Offers long term transitional housing facility accommodating single women, single mothers with children, single fathers with children, and husbands/wives with children.

Provides shelter and long-term rehabilitation programs.
