Winter Park Library Invites Community to Open House

Winter Park Library Launches New Building with Community Open House on Saturday, December 11, 2021

Winter Park Library celebrates the opening of its new, state-of-the-art building with a Community Open House event on Saturday, December 11, 2021, from 10:00 am through 3:00 pm. All ages are welcome to join the festivities celebrating the new building located at 1052 W. Morse Blvd., Winter Park, Florida.

The day will kick off with a Ceremonial Book Transfer from the old Library location to the new Library location. We invite you to join us at Martin Luther King Jr. Park for this special procession leading up to the official Ribbon Cutting event at 9:00 AM. The following Community Open House event will include musical performances, outdoor games, character appearances, storytelling, and a building-wide scavenger hunt.

The first day of regular library operations in our new location will be Monday, December 13 at 9 AM. Library hours will be Mondays through Thursdays 9 AM - 9 PM and Fridays and Saturdays 9 AM – 6 PM.
